This year, the Vijayanagar district in Kalyan Karnataka has shown an impressive performance in the SSLC Result, securing a pass percentage of 91.41%. This marks a 5% increase from last year’s result, which was 86%, and a four-place jump in the list of districts. It is noteworthy that Kalyan is the only district in Karnataka to secure a place in the top ten districts with the best result.
Former District Collector Anirudh Shravan P designed and implemented special programs to improve the SSLC results in the district, and the current District Collector Venkatesh T has continued to implement these programs, resulting in the district’s outstanding performance. Teachers were trained by resource persons, special classes were conducted for students who needed additional support, and motivational camps were organized. Additionally, special classes were organized for those who scored low marks in the preparatory examination, resulting in a good SSLC result for the district.
DDPI G. Kotresh expressed that the district aims to achieve even better results in the coming academic year, building on the success of this year’s SSLC result. The neighboring Bellary district secured a pass percentage of 81.54%, placing it at the 31st position in the list of districts.
The SSLC Result 2023 has been announced, and the top-performing district in the state is Chitradurga, followed by Mandya in the second position, and Hassan in the third position. Chitradurga district secured the highest pass percentage of 96.8, making it the top-performing district, while Mandya district secured the second position with 96.74, and Hassan district secured the third position with 96.68%. Notably, Ballari district secured the 31st position with a pass percentage of 81.54%, while Yadgiri district secured the last position.
The SSLC results have been announced and Bangalore North district has secured the 32nd rank while Bangalore South district has secured the 33rd rank. On the other hand, Bangalore Rural district has performed exceptionally well, securing the 4th position with a pass percentage of 96.78.
Chikkaballapur district has secured a pass percentage of 96.15, followed by Kolar district with 94.6 percent and Mysore district with 89.75 percent. However, Bangalore West district has secured a pass percentage of only 80.93 percent while Bangalore South district has secured a pass percentage of 78.95 percent. The last-ranked Yadgiri district has secured a pass percentage of 75.49 percent in the SSLC result.
