Plantation Drive carried out by ‘Green Hosapete’ at DySP office

As part of an initiative organised by ‘Green Hosapete’, a plantation drive was carried out in the Deputy Superintendent office and town police station in Hosapete, on Thursday. The chairman of the organization, ‘K Sunil Gowda’, expressed his intentions of carrying out the plantation drive in various Government offices in Hosapete, and the DySP office was chosen first.

Similarly, the plantation drives were previously carried out in Hosapete’s rural and town police station as well. He also said, “To fight the Covid-19 virus, the availability of a greener, safer, and healthy environment is very important”.

S.P Nayak from Hosapete’s town police station also spoke informing the importance of a greener environment for a better tomorrow. This intention of doing better things for people has been commendable, said S.P Nayak.

Speaking to the presspersons, Shantesh Kumar, the contractor also said that keeping the city clean is all of our responsibilities and urged all the citizens to come forward and help the ‘Green Hosapete’ team by planting trees and saplings across the city.

The Green Hosapete organization thanked all the people who came forward to helped the plantation drive make this a success; Ravi Jain, Shantesh Kumar, Prakash Sharma, Raghavendra, and Manish Punyamurthy.
