A young group has come forward to clean the environment of Joladarashi Hill (also known as Joladarashi Gudda). Many people have been visiting the spot recently to have some peaceful time and also to have a glimpse of the city from the top. However, some people throw the trash in the surroundings of Joladarashi Gudda after eating. It was found that plastic bottles, wrappers, and papers were scattered all over the place.
A group of young individuals who work as a team “For the nature” has come forward to clean the area voluntarily. And they have been visiting the spot every Sunday to clean the area. All this is being done with safety precautions and facemasks.
The group is in search of more volunteers who are willing to join them on Sundays from 6 AM to 8 AM.
