The invitation letter for the upcoming ‘Hampi Utsav 2024’ has been unveiled, announcing the festivities scheduled to take place from February 2 to 4 across various venues in and around Hampi.

Get ready to witness the grandeur of cultural magnificence as Hampi Utsav 2024 promises to surpass all expectations and emerge as a dazzling spectacle of art, heritage, and celebration. This year’s edition is set to elevate the essence of Hampi’s rich history and traditions, casting a spellbinding aura over visitors from far and wide.

Commencing at 10 am from Hotel Mayura Bhuvaneswari in Kamalapura, the ‘Hampi by Sky’ tour will offer a unique experience as participants take a seven-minute helicopter ride, providing a breathtaking aerial view of Hampi. Collector MS Diwakar expressed enthusiasm, stating that this opportunity would be available throughout the three-day event.

The grand inauguration of the Hampi Utsav will be performed by Chief Minister Siddaramaiah on February 2 at 5 pm. An evening filled with cultural richness awaits, featuring Rasamanjari conducted by Vijaya Prakash. On the following day, renowned music director Harikrishna and his team will enthrall the audience with their performance of Rasamanjari.

Other noteworthy events of Hampi Utsav 2024 events include ‘Tungarathi’ on January 31 at 6 pm along the banks of the Tungabhadra River, the ‘Vijayanagar Vibhava’ sound and light spectacle at the elephant and horse stable premises for a week starting from February 2, and the captivating ‘Phalpuspa Show’ scheduled at Matanga Parvata Maidan. The Hampi Utsav promises a celebration of cultural vibrancy and artistic talent, inviting both tourists and enthusiasts to partake in the festivities.
