Superintendent of Police Shrihari Babu B.L. swiftly arrived at the scene and oversaw the rescue efforts.
Regarding the incident, Mr. Babu stated, “The SUV carrying the victims was struck by two trucks, one from the front and the other from the rear. In the preliminary investigation, the driver of the truck that crossed the road divider and collided with the SUV reported that the steering wheel of his vehicle suddenly malfunctioned, rendering him unable to control the truck. It appears that a mechanical issue may have been responsible for the accident. The driver himself sustained injuries and has been hospitalized.”
