The Hon’ble MLA of Vijayanagara, Shri H.R. Gaviappa, met Chief Minister Siddaramaiah in Bengaluru today and extended an invitation to attend a Minority Convention being organized in Hosapete.
The event will be held in the presence of the Chief Minister and will include a felicitation ceremony for Shri Syed Shah Ali Ul Husaini, the newly appointed President of the Karnataka State Waqf Board and the head of the revered Hazrat Khwaja Bande Nawaz Dargah in Kalaburagi. Responding positively, the Chief Minister has confirmed his visit to Hosapete on Saturday, May 3, 2025.
Additionally, Minister-in-Charge Shri B.Z. Zameer Ahmed Khan, along with community ministers and MLAs, was also invited to the convention during a series of meetings organized by MLA Gaviappa and his team.
Local leaders including Katagi Rafiq, Fayaz Ahmed, Abdul Jaleel, and Mohammed Khalid were also present during the meetings and preparations.
