Arrangements are being made to provide aerial views of Hampi’s iconic monuments, with helicopters being booked for the experience. The district administration has already engaged with two helicopter companies, Chipson Company and Thambi Company, to provide the service. If negotiations go as planned, helicopters will be ready to fly during the festival.
The helicopters will take off from a helipad located at Mayura Bhuvaneshwari Hotel in Kamalapur and offer a seven-minute flight. Each helicopter can accommodate up to five passengers. The cost will be confirmed once the discussions are finalized, according to sources from the district administration.
