The Shri Atal Bihari Vajpayee Geological Park, popularly known as Hampi Zoo, will reopen for tourist visits this Diwali on October 21, informed Deputy Conservator of Forests Dr. Rajesh Nayak.
Although the zoo generally remains closed to visitors on Tuesdays, it will remain open during the Diwali festival period to accommodate the heavy influx of tourists. Regular services will be available, encouraging families to visit and enjoy viewing the animals, the release stated.
