Hampi tourism sees recovery

The number of tourists visiting Hampi is increasing every month after the Lockdown loosens, and revenue is good. Hampi has 85 ASI protected monuments and more than 3,000 listed monuments. “We have taken all precautionary measures to contain the spread of the coronavirus in Hampi, by adhering to the norms laid down by the government. We have made it mandatory for each tourist to wear a mask, sanitize their hands, and maintain social distancing. We have also trained our staff on the SOP prescribed by the government, to ensure that each tourist follows these guidelines seriously,” – administration said.
