Hampi hosts the launch of Ram Charan’s ‘The India House’ with actors Nikhil Siddhartha and Saiee Manjrekar

Recently, it was reported that Ram Charan, known globally, is stepping into film production with his banner V Mega Pictures. He announced the first Pan-India film under this banner, titled “The India House.” The latest update reveals that the film’s team, including director Ram Krishna Vamsi and actors Nikhil Siddhartha and Saiee Manjrekar, have started shooting in Hampi, Karnataka.

Mahurat Pooja Held on July 2

The historical romantic drama began its shoot with a grand mahurat pooja on July 2 in Hampi. Photos shared on V Mega Pictures’ official handle were captioned, “The spark of the revolution is ignited,” and mentioned, “#TheIndiaHouse commences on an auspicious note with a pooja ceremony at the Virupaksha Temple, Hampi, with the blessings of Lord Shiva.”

Ram Charan also shared a video on his social media handle, wishing the team well. He said,  “Super excited to be presenting #TheIndiaHouse – an Indian story for a global audience. I’m sure the film will appeal to everyone across the world. I am also extremely glad to be associating with @AAArtsOfficial and @AbhishekOfficl on this film. All the best to the Entire Team.”

The film, set in 1905, stars Anupam Kher in a pivotal role and explores themes of love and revolution. Celebrating the start of this cinematic journey, the film blends love with the spirit of revolution. The crew includes seasoned technicians like cinematographer Cameron Bryson, production designer Vishal Abani, and casting director Mukesh Chhabra. Written and directed by Ram Vamsi Krishna, the film is produced by Abhishek Agarwal Arts and V Mega Pictures, with Mayank Singhaniya co-producing.
