Vijayanagara MLA H.R. Gaviyappa visited the Mother and Child Hospital to inspect the issues and inconveniences frequently reported by patients and the public.
During the visit, the MLA held detailed discussions with the medical officers and hospital authorities regarding the concerns raised about the facilities and services. He instructed officials to take immediate and necessary measures to ensure that mothers and children receiving treatment at the hospital do not face any difficulties.
He also stressed the need to strengthen the hospital’s basic infrastructure and ensure that essential medical services are provided efficiently. He urged the authorities to address the existing shortcomings and take proactive steps so that patients and their families do not have to repeatedly approach officials with complaints.
The MLA further directed the hospital administration to give priority to patient welfare and maintain proper standards of healthcare and basic amenities, particularly for mothers and children.
