Unaccounted cash worth ₹5.60 crore seized in Ballari

Brucepet Police in Ballari, seized unaccounted-for cash totalling ₹5.60 crore along with three kilograms of gold and 103 kilograms of silver jewellery from a residence on Sunday. The value of the confiscated gold and silver items alone is estimated at ₹1.9 crore.

Following a tip-off, Brucepet Police conducted a raid at the home of Naresh Soni, a jewellery merchant from Kambali Bazaar, where they discovered the undisclosed cash and jewellery.

Superintendent of Police Ranjit Kumar Bandaru, upon inspecting the scene, confirmed that a case has been filed at Brucepet Police Station.
