A tourist minibus carrying students from Kerala to Hampi overturned near Ammanakeri Cross in Kudligi taluk of Vijayanagara district, injuring three students and a teacher.
The bus, transporting students of Sri Krishna College in Thrissur district, lost control and rammed into a divider, causing it to overturn. In the accident, seven students sustained minor injuries, while their teacher, Dr. Rashmi, was seriously hurt.
All the injured were first given primary treatment and later shifted to VIMS Hospital in Ballari. Fortunately, no lives were lost in the incident. Kudligi Police have registered a case and are investigating.
