Four dead as car collides with parked truck while travelling from Hospet

In the vicinity of Mallapura Gollarahatti in Chitradurga district, Karnataka, a somber incident occurred as a car, traveling from Hospet to Bengaluru, collided with an immobile truck. This unfortunate collision resulted in the loss of four lives and left three children injured.

According to Chitradurga district’s Superintendent of Police, Dharmendra Kumar Meena, the incident occurred at approximately 7:30 a.m. The car, en route to Bengaluru from Hospet, struck a stationary truck positioned on the roadside.

Sadly, four individuals lost their lives in the accident, while the three injured children were promptly hospitalized. They are presently undergoing treatment and are coping with the trauma. Efforts are underway to identify their place of residence and contact their relatives.
