Chief Minister Basavaraja Bommai unveiled a logo and poster for Hampi Utsav at Bommai Methodist Church today. Hampi Utsav will be held on January 27, 28, and 29. The Hampi Utsav-2023 festival is one of the most significant events in the state. According to Chief Minister Basavaraja Bommai, the festival will be held with grandeur.
The Hampi Utsav is one of the state’s most significant festivals. The festival was not celebrated at its full potential for the last few years due to COVID. This time, the district government has planned a lavish three-day celebration. He gave instructions on how to organize this three-day festival.
The event has a Jumbo Saavari and performances by some of India’s most known singers, dancers, and entertainers, as well as water sports, food courts, photography competitions, Rangoli/ Mehndi competitions, and so on. Hampi Utsava attracts thousands of tourists from across the world and is one of the most famous events in Karnataka, making Hampi one of the best destinations to visit in the state.
Anand Singh noted that this is the first festival to be held in Hampi. The district government has made all the necessary preparations. He stated that national and state athletes will perform at the festival. On this occasion, officials and ministers Govinda Karajola, Araga Gyanendra, M. T. B. Nagaraj, and Venkatesh, the district collector, were present.
