A complaint has been registered against the manager of Royal Heritage Apartments been reported for violating the code of conduct. The reason for the violation is that the manager displayed a banner with a portrait of Minister Anand Singh without obtaining prior permission. This incident took place at Mariammanahalli police station located in the taluk.
According to the police, an apartment advertisement featuring the portrait of Minister Anand Singh was displayed near the Gunda Botanical Garden, located adjacent to National Highway 50. It has been reported that the individuals responsible for the advertisement did not obtain proper permission to use the minister’s image.
Using someone’s picture without their permission is a violation of their privacy and can also be a breach of their intellectual property rights. Every individual has the right to control the use of their own image, and using it without their consent can be a violation of their personal autonomy.
