Fix your video shoot
Share your address and what you want to promote, and we fix a day to shoot the video at your business. The shoot and editing take 1 day, so we recommend fixing the shoot 2–3 days before your slot, to leave time for changes.
Approve and go live
We write the script, shoot, add the voiceover and edit your video. You approve it, and it goes out to all of Hospet.

Frequently asked questions
What do I need to send?
Just your business name, address, phone number and what you want to promote. We then come and shoot the video at your business, ideally 2–3 days before your slot. We contact you right after you pay to fix the shoot day.
How long do the video shoot and editing take?
One day. Slots can be booked from tomorrow onwards, but we recommend fixing the shoot 2–3 days before your slot, so there's time for any changes you want before it goes live.
How does the Reach-or-Re-run Guarantee work?
We share your Reel's reach 7 days after it goes live. If it reached fewer accounts than the number promised above, we run your ad again for free in a January or February 2027 slot you choose: Instagram Reel, story and all 50 WhatsApp groups. Every slot in November and December belongs to one business only, so re-runs happen in January or February.
How do I pay? Can I get a refund?
By UPI at checkout, from PhonePe, GPay, Paytm or any bank app. Your slot is held for 5 minutes while you pay, then stays held while we check your payment. We confirm your booking by call or WhatsApp. Payments are non-refundable, and the Reach-or-Re-run Guarantee covers you.
Can I change my slot?
No. Once a slot is booked it cannot be changed, so please pick a date that works for you.
What can't you advertise?
Alcohol, cigarettes, tobacco, misleading ads, and goods or services banned by the state or central government.
Terms
Please read these before you book. By paying, you agree to them.
- Prices shown are final. The only change is the published price step: the Black Friday slot is ₹2,499 for bookings paid by 3 Nov (until 11:59 pm) and ₹2,999 from 4 Nov.
- Payment is by UPI only, in advance, to the UPI ID shown at checkout. Please pay the exact amount shown.
- Your slot is held for 5 minutes while you pay. If we cannot find your payment, the slot is released for other businesses.
- Your booking is confirmed only after we check your payment. We confirm by call or WhatsApp on the mobile number you give.
- All payments are non-refundable. The Reach-or-Re-run Guarantee covers you instead.
- Slots cannot be changed once booked.
- Slots can be booked from the next day onwards. The video shoot and editing take 1 day; we recommend fixing the shoot 2–3 days before your slot, so there is time for changes.
- Reach-or-Re-run Guarantee: if your Reel does not reach 1 lakh accounts within 7 days, we run your ad again for free in a January or February 2027 slot you choose.
- Business Boost's extra Reel runs in an available January or February 2027 slot you choose. Hospet.online Partner 2027 includes 1 ad per month, January to December 2027.
- We do not accept ads for alcohol, cigarettes, tobacco, misleading offers, or goods and services banned by the state or central government. Hospet.online may refuse any ad that breaks its content policy.
- Regular ad packages are paused until the offer ends.
