A couple set to marry soon lost their lives in a tragic road accident in Koppal. The mishap occurred near Benakal in Gangavathi taluk, claiming the lives of Kavita and Kariappa.
The two, who were engaged, had gone for a pre-wedding photoshoot. While returning after the shoot, a lorry rammed into their bike, killing them on the spot. The incident falls under the jurisdiction of the Gangavathi Rural Police Station.
Kavita was a resident of Mushtur in Gangavathi taluk, while Kariappa belonged to Hanumanhatti in Koppal taluk.
