Recruitment -To recruit and onboard the outsource employees Induction -To handle the induction part of all company and outsource employees Documentation -To maintain and upkeep of all the records i.e. Personnel files of all the company employees and outsourced employees, Documentation related to statutory like Health and safety department, Labour department, Monthly Payroll, PF, WC etc .Contractors records i.e. License, Returns under WC, Contract labors personal information, WC, PF, Attendance and monthly Bills. Time Office -To upkeep the attendance of staff and outsource employees on daily basis. To Monitor, check and verify the attendance of security and casual labors on daily basis .To upkeep the leave and tour records of all the employees on regular basis. Payroll -To finalize the attendance of staff and prepare the payroll MS/NMS employees. To check and verify the salary of outsource employees and send it to Teamlease for salary processing Statutory Compliance -Compliance under factory act i.e. Returns, Upkeep all the records and registers .Maintain Health, Safety and Welfare measure as per factory act EPF monthly EPF contribution and challan submission CLRA i.e. Upkeep the records and registers as required Bonus Act i.e. Bonus calculation and update form D Minimum wages Act Plan and implement the updated minimum wages rates periodically and ensure 100% compliance with overtime Payment of Gratuiry Maintain Form F and form I Standard Standing order – follow the compliance for general guideline procedure. Administration To manage overall functioning of security, housekeeping and uplifting of basic amenities in plant Ensure neat, clean and hygienic condition of the plant and office premises. Proper maintenance of gardens, guest house and labour rooms, Staff parking and their periodical checks to maintain cleanliness Supervision of security staff and guide them for general safety and security of plant Event Management on various occasions like Labour day, World Environment day and Energy hour etc. Manage the companys vehicle and Transportation arrangement for employees and guest. Verify the expenses bills related to office administration Canteen management and ensure the good and hygienic quality of food and proper supply of daily refreshment to staff and other employees. Liasoning Liasoning with Labour office, Health and Safety and DIC for license renewal and change of management. Industrial Relation To keep and maintain harmonious relationship among staff, casuals and other external agencies Grievance resolution at unit level and for each employee To make a bridge between management and employees to resolve the problem. To Act as a facilitator to satisfy the need of workman To deal the condition related salary, leave, holiday and hours of work To eliminate the employees conflict by proper communication Policy Implementation To Implement all the policies which is directed by companys corporate office To communicate all the policies in very effective manner for better understanding and clearity Act AS An HR SPOC (Single Point of Contact) To act as a single point of contact between corporate HR team and plant HRIS Prepare various kind of reports, database and analysis related to manpower, plant and functions EXIT Formalities To conduct Exit Interviews and coordinate for Full and final settlement and claim of PF and Gratuity etc EHS To handle various kind of EHS activities at plant level to implement the better health and safe environment which can help to create better workplace System and Process To make every process better and each system in place for better organization development and create a work culture Audit To handle Internal management audit as well as external audit Handle all IR issues at Plant level , interacting with trade unions , handling grievances etc Actively involved in wage settlements. Desired Candidate Profile: Qualified MBA / MSW/ LLB candidates with 10 -15 years of post qualification experience in Plant HR. Candidates should have experience in IR and HR . Should be able to handle trade unions and handle sensitive issues. Should be strong in Labour laws Candidates should have prior experience of working in manufacturing industry. Male candidates preferred. Candidates currently living or willing to relocate to Hospet Karnataka may only apply. Candidates from Karnataka preferred.
